where is this spell? I swear i dont see it anywhere, I'd like to create a sov. using it, but dont seem to be able to find any info on it!
or is this level dependant?
It's in Greater Necromancy, which means you can only get it if you play Empire.
Mage - Summoning - Necromancy - Greater Necromancy.
You can get it very early (lvl 5), but the spell is quite expensive.
