Unit reaches end of preset path with movement remaining--stop ending of turn

Hard to come up with a good title for this but here goes:

When you have an army on a multi-turn path, they move when you hit end turn. This is good. When said army reaches the end of its path, there may be remaining movement left for that turn. This movement is lost. Because of this, I rarely set destinations more than one turn out but for the longest of paths. This makes the game (somewhat) more annoying to play.

Instead, when you hit end turn, armies should move. If any have completed their path and have movement remaining, the turn should not end, and that unit should be selected.

As an example, Civ 5 handles this very well.

I see I missed your post when I made mine; I apologize. I don't think the downsides are that bad. I don't know if you've played Civ5 but they deal with this in (IMHO) the perfect way. And generally there are many more units in Civ5, because you don't group them into armies. The amount of time I've spent making sure that I don't waste movement dwarfs the amount of time I would spend hitting pass (i.e. spacebar) when units complete their move and I don't want to move them further this turn.

To me this si slightly more than a minor issue. Maybe minor++. It really bugs me to have to move units manually to not have movement wasted.

/agree.  This irks me in a minor way -- but it irks me all the time.

Same could be said for a pioneer reaching its destination as well
