How do you increase Fleet Sizes?

Essentially, the title says it all, I'd like to ask the more experienced modders what files I need to manipulate in order to slightly increase the fleet sizes for the Advent and Vasari.

X is going to be a number between 0 and 7 (8 for each faction)....Psi is advent, phase is Vasari (tech is TEC, FYI)....

8 files per faction....modify here....
