Cannot Play This Game

I just paid 40 dollars for a game that boots me out every time I load a scenario? Really? I initially heard that there were a few bugs to this game, but please, either refund my money or tell me when this will be fixed. I'm working on a Windows 7 PC.

You should have a folder for the game in My Documents/My Games with a debug.err file in it--open that file up in notepad and post it here and it should give us some idea as to what is going on so we can help.
