bug- mancer blood sovereign movement reduced after familiar summoned

i created a mancer blood empire champion with sovereigns bond and after I summoned the familiar my movement of the sovereign and the familiar were reduced to 2 - the spearman unit and the militia are both still at 3.

Are you moving the sovereign and familiar together in 1 army?

The familiar's movement is 2, so he would reduce the sovereign to that speed if they were in the same army.

If you split them up, the sovereign should go back up to 3.

yes we are in the same army- and I am trying your insane challenge (dual beast lord/arcane monolith/consume= unstoppable). you are right but isn't the familiar created and based on your sov's stats? its not right if my whole faction moves at 3 but the Familiar is at 2.

also in addition to this - how do some of the innate stats carry over to your troops like lucky for cave bears but some others like movement not carry over. This needs to be more consistent across the board. if accuracy and dodge can somehow magically transfer to my troops because of my blood then everything else in my blood should as well.

oh come one, it's really not hard to figure that out. the stuff that is listed in the blood trait only works for units that have that blood. the other traits are faction wide, so obviously they work for all units of that faction, regardless of the race/blood.

It wasn't my challenge lpisko. Rather, I was challenged to beat the game on insane/insane.  I just chose to use a stupidly OP faction to do it, that's all.  I may have to try insane/insane again some other time, without beastmaster and using 1 of the default factions, just to see the difference.

Faction/kingdom abilities carry over.  'Blood' abilities only apply to units of that race.

A summoned familiar is not Mancer, so it won't get the 'blood' ability.

Just like how your champions are often of a different race (e.g. Tarthian), and thus would only have 2 base movement rather than the 3 of the Mancers.

I think it's pretty straightforward.  I wish the familiar had more than 2 movement as well, but it doesn't, so I manage with that.

I must have been grouping all of these together as I make a new race/sov every game. thanks chaosti!
