[1.0 Bug] Freeze icon sticks on army even after spell expires

I had two armies attacking Resoln.  Ceresa cast freeze on one of my armies, and the red X icon appeared over that army as expected.  A few turns later she cast freeze on the other army.  The first army was free to move again at this point, but the red X icon stayed over it.  The second army was unable to move for a few turns due to the freeze, but there was no icon over it to indicate such.  A couple of turns later both armies are free to move, but the freeze icon is still over the first army.
