[v1.0][XML Errors] Some simple XML errors

from Elemental Forums

I don't know if these have an effect in the game or not, but perusing through the files I noticed some xml errors.

Cutscenes.xml

Line 3742 --- missing </Cutscene>

Line 3770 --- missing </Cutscene>

Line 3799 --- missing </Cutscene>

CutscenePacks.xml

Line 5972 --- missing </CutSceneDataPack>

ExtraFactionData.xml

Last line </FactionData> --- you're missing '/'
