[1.0] [regression] characters not lit

Picture says it all. I've tried toggling Dynamic Shadows and Stylized Lightning but it has no effect. Using nvidia 6800 with latest 6 series driver (307.83). This is a regression in LH; in FE the characters appear normally, so I know it's not my card.

This occurs for onscreen units and design screen too, on occasion. It seems to fix itself after restart of game(program)
