Difficult to see movement tile highlighting in combat

The movement highlighting for my units while in combat is incredibly faint, and difficult to see. Is there any way to make the highlighting darker? I've played around with the in-game options but nothing seems to help.

I too am having trouble making out the grid and as far as I can tell there is no way to fix it--I really wish there was.

I too would love this to be adjusted again.

Difficult to see?  I cant see them at all. Hope this gets patched up.

The recent patches haven't really fixed this. Does anyone know of a mod that could fix the highlighting in combat?

Are you using lower graphics? After increasing the graphic settings it's easier to see now.

Completely agree, definately need more contrast. Sometimes I really have problems seeing what unit is active... so there is no mod out there?

+1

I too have noticed that it is now difficult to see the movement borders in tactical combat.

It looks like that mod just changes the colors for the different factions. It doesn't seem to make the movement squares any cleared in combat.

qwdqq3f - I'm running at the highest graphic settings, but I'll double check.

I also have difficulty in seeing the potential move locations in tac combat, and I use the highest detail AND res settinga, but have not yet tried the 1.3 beta, and have not seen ANY mod that has altered the tac combat visibility, currently playing around with the brightness, contrast and other settings in the advanced menu to see if I can improve the issue

upon a bit of testing with decreased ambient lighting(4) increased brightness(60) and contrast(65) and the stylised lighting OFF I found that the movement squares are easier to see.

hope these settings help

Thanks.  It seems to be better.  Colors look very vivid :)

+1, was easier to see in FE, it changed during the LH beta if I recall correctly.

This is something Stardock could easily fix for everyone, and there'd be almost no complaints.

I have to agree about snow. Difficult as all hell to see potential movement ranges and such.

Try to replace this file C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\FE Legendary Heroes\Gfx\TileSelectionTexture_Tactical.dds with something less transparent.   Make sure you backup the file before you play with it.

Here is the file I use that is slightly more opaque:  https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/12727985/TileSelectionTexture_Tactical.dds
