[1.0] Scroll speed control.

The controls for scroll speed are way off; the bar starts at 100, which has me flying across the map at a tap of the arrow key (why won't games use WASD? Arrow keys suck for scrolling) and the bar won't lower to anything between there and 0 - and I'm not even sure why 0 is an option because you can't move at all with mouse or keyboard that way.

Mouse scrolling isn't as sensitive as keyboard, but they seem to be controlled by the same slider (which is a problem). And who in god's name uses mouse scrolling?

I found the same problem and here's my workaround.

Go to your documents folder on your PC and you'll see a folder called "My Games"; in there you'll see another folder called "LegendaryHeroes".

Open the "Prefs.ini" with notepad and find "EdgeScrollSpeed=" change this to the number you want and save the file, then reload FELH.

It will "not" show differently in the options screen, but the value changed will be in affect.
You will probably have to do this a few times to set it to whatever suits you.
