Am i stupid or is the game kidding me?[spoilers]

Hi there,

i play a lot FE:LH, i already had 80 hours in the beta. I completed the scenario in the beta and still have that savegame. I can buy Quest Maps here. Also the technology that needs to be researched (Brenon´s Letter) shows Quest Map. After the offical release i played another scenario, cause there was no steam achievement for completing scenario while in beta. I completed this one, no achievement again. What worries me more is, that i cant buy Quest Maps in this game.. Also Brenon´s Letter doesnt show Quest Maps.

Whats going on? Got Quest Maps removed from scenario with a patch? or am i missing something here? i

There might be a coincidence in the final battle and the answer u choose at the well? 

in the first game i made relias a warrior and chose the answer Power to save Anthys. In the final battle i faced hordes of elementals. They died in a few seconds.. In the second game i made relias a mage and chose the answer about ceresa. In the final battle i faced hordes of shadow demons, it was a pretty long battle.
