[.90 Bug] Unit placed off the tactical map again

During the scenario, I attacked Oracle Ceresa's army.  The tactical map was a valley surrounded by mountains.  I could see 8 of Resoln's units, but not Oracle Ceresa.  After wiping out those units the battle did not end.  I tried zooming out and scrolling all over the map, but could not find Ceresa.  Finally, I toggled autoplay, and saw my ranged units firing to the southwest, off the map, until the battle ended.  The details window said that Ceresa had been defeated.

Sorry, didn't get a screen shot.  If I see it again I'll be sure to get one.  It was a green grassy oval shaped valley, if that helps.

I'm pretty sure this is the map that I reported in the OP.  In this battle the enemy hero was off the map to the southwest just like in the OP.

In the first map above, it looks like you had 9 allies. Is that right? I remember Derek saying you can't/shouldn't have more than 9 or you have issues. Is it possible the Oracle had 9 or more in the second one?

In both screenshots I had 9 units, and I think the opposing army did also.  I don't think they had more than 9, if they did wouldn't that be a bug, since these were battles in the wild w/no city defenders joining the battle?

Here's the same problem in a city tactical map.  14 defenders, 12 inside the city, 2 off the map.

I've had two tactical battles in the 0.90 scenario thus far that have had my first unit off the tactical map as well.

 

In both, I had only 7 units on my side.

I wonder if it's only the .90 scenario tactical maps that need to be fixed or if it's happening on random maps, too. I suspect it's a result of some of the cleanup of these that was done a while back but didn't happen on the scenario, too.

This just happened to me in a battle with Morian, in the wildlands. I thought at first he hadn't spawned for the fight, as he wasn't visible off map, but clicked auto resolve and my mages found him. I never saw him myself, but recieved his goodies after a couple of rounds of spellslinging. 9 units in each army.

 

I didn't get a screenshot, but I may have a save before that battle, so could probably generate one, assuming it happened again.

Just saw it again, in the same map I posted in reply #7.  This time, 13 defenders, 12 inside the city, 1 outside the map, in roughly (or maybe exactly) the same spot as before.

I am still playing the scenario, I haven't played any non-scenario games in 0.90, but I had not noticed this occurring in any games prior to 0.90 (of course the scenario wasn't out for us public beta testers prior to 0.90).

I had this happen (off-sides units) several times during the LH v0.90 scenario. Did not get screenies, sorry.

Had this happen to my sovereign in the Arena.   I could not locate him.  It appeared that he might be outside the Arena on an imaginary tile.
