[.87 Bug?] Kulan of Resoln, or Kulan of Umber?

Playing as Kulan with the Umber faction, my sovereign was greeted as Kulan of Resoln:

Shouldn't that be Kulan of Umber? Or is there something in the lore I'm missing?

Looks like bug to me, as long as you were playing Umber...
