More AI's than default causing crashes?

Playing 0.87 huge maps and was wondering if any one else is having crash problems if more than the default (9) number of opponents selected.

Haven't done any testing yet but I noticed with 16 AI's selected the game crashes within a few turns.

Cause this could be due mods I've done
