List should be in the Hiergamenon or options in my opinion.

there is a list in the back of the manual for FE, none should have changed for LH

A couple hotkeys are still missing in that list, like CTRL+N, to remake the map, Tab, to cycle through idle units (and cities in LH), and the numbers 1-5, to set the camera a certain way on the strategic map.
