Surface pro issues

I bought and downloaded the game from steam but when I run it, it displays in the top left quarter of my screen and my cursur is stuck in the very top right corner of the screen and I cannot move it. I tried running it in windows 7 compatibility mode.

I reproduced the issue here on a desktop computer set to 150% dpi mode.

The problem is the game is not marking itself as dpi aware and it should be.  I have let the team know so hopefully assuming it doesn't break anything they can easily sort it for a future update.
