[.80 bug] AI diplomacy, declares war then tribute same turn

AI declared war on me. In same turn, he then demands tribute. To see what would happen, I paid tribute and then I'm still in war and paying tribute while in war... Seems to me, if you're at war you shouldn't be paying tribute. Or acquiescing to a demand to tribute in war should end the war.
