[0.75 Bug] Yithril offering peace threathy while I'm not at war with him

During my last game Yithril offered me a peace threathy eventhough we've never been at war. Can't reproduce it and I forgot to take a screenshot. I do have a debug file

I've noticed this too MANY times.. In my current game all of my allies have sent me a peace treaty at least every 5 turns as though I'm at war, despite having perfect relations. Happening with every faction.

My thoughts? Its because they are at war, and for some reason, when they attempt to ask for a peace treaty with the other AI faction, it triggers a peace treaty for you as well.

The .80 (not yet released) change log says they've fixed this:

   Fixed an issue where the AI can ask for peace even if you aren't at war

ObjectDock - Access shortcuts and frequently used applications from an animated dock.
