[0.75][Bug] Random peace offering.

So out of the blue this faction sends me a peace offering, lets end this war, I can agree or refuse like normal. The issue is, I wasn't at war with this faction, or any faction at all, and hadn't ever gone to war yet that game. That AI was close to me and I had Trade, Economic and NAP treaties with them, none of which were canceled after I agreed to end the non-existent war with them.

Possibly unrelated, but happening that same turn my Treasury Vault finished, seemingly several turns ahead of schedule (though I wasn't paying that much attention to the timetable), and I got no world wonder pop-up window about it. Perhaps because I had a peace offering window pop-up that overwrote it, or perhaps completing the wonder in question calls up the wrong window? Usually I don't build the vault, because usually I don't build towns, so I haven't noticed before now if anything was wrong with it.

I had the same thing, numerous times, last night.  I did have the Treasurey Vault as well, but I do not recall any correlation between the Vault being completed and getting the "end the war" messages.  Also, I was unable to tell other factions to leave my territory and I could not declare war.  It was almost as if we were both at war and not at war at the same time.  Even though the other factions would enter my territory, they would never initiate a fight.  EDIT: Also, 6 factions were super happy with me, while 2 factions were somewhat unhappy with me, and I was #2 on the "overall power" list.

This was, however, continuing a game that was started with 0.51, so the cause could be related to that.  I'll start up a new game tonight and try and keep an eye on this.

I also have had this happen three or four times, and it has been in games started with .75 beta. There seems to be no correlation with events in the game.

This just happened to me too.  Altar, who I have friendly relations with, asked me to end our (non-existent) war.  According to the foreign relations screen he's not at war with anyone else either.

Yea, we had this happen in house after we released the beta and think we have a fix for the next patch. Sorry about that :)
