[.51 BUG] I can now build the Theatre of the Wind, but I don't know what it is. It's not in the Hiergamenon. It's not in the Tech Tree as far as I can tell.

IIRC it is a reward building that you get from completing a certain quest (the one with the musicians...)

Yes, you beat up some trolls, rescue a few horses, and get the option to build Theatre of the Wind, which is quite a neat building (+5 Gildar not the least).

You get most (probably all after a few games) of the quests with a Huge map and the highest setting for quests. =)  Oh, and having Wanderlust for 100 gildar Quest Maps helps too. ;-)
