Tarth faction ability Double Strike never misses, despite having the CanBeDodged tag turned on.
I'm wondering if it has anything to do with the GameModifiers not containing a Value.
I've played about 300 seasons in my current game as Tarth, and the damn thing has never, ever missed. Kinda feels a little cheap.
You would think at -30 accuracy it would be dodged fairly regularly. But, nope!
it misses, less so with troops. Get some +accuracy on your troops and it rarely misses.
It's likely just not applying the -30 accuracy. I haven't really been paying attention to it, only had a couple Tarth champs and I didn't use them much.
Yep, it feels like the -30 to accuracy is not applying. I've been rolling around with a couple of Tarth heroes recently, but I witnessed them miss some attacks on their double strike ability, just not very often.
