Legendary Heroes... with broken bones, typhoid fever, and a fear of boogeymen.

Has any thought been given to a means for removing "fell in battle" penalties for heroes? A magic spell, an expensive "upgrade", something to prevent these specialist units (which already become outmoded by regular units mid-late game) from becoming a liability rather than a help? I mean, as soon as one of my heroes gets Typhoid Fever, he/she gets their soul stolen, even if they've got 5+ levels on them = P

You can make Iru Elixers in conclaves once you get the correct building in place (the one after the alchemist).

Ofc, I couldn't actually construct that building in a recent game, so it might be bugged (or something else went wrong).

it require conclave base and not available in other types of town.

game lack some magical skill and special training or slow regeneration or something to counter this feature if player actually want to counter it.

End of sharpxe's quote

So? If players want to counter it, build a conclave and get Iru Elixers. They should already be building them anyways if they want to keep up in research, plus all the mana generating buildings they can create is awesome.

Nice to know it exists.

Be nicer if the game literature mentioned this somewhere...

Would be even nicer if there was some low tech alternative for early gameplay, i am sure it would reduce the reloading for many people :Þ

i like the battle scars.... adds flavor...you know by rights a steep curve is to be No more...deceased...but chipped teeth, pneumonia... I'm looking forward to em all !
What would really give me a hoot is if they actually change the avatar and pic to reflect the war wounds.... and now that I realize there is an elixir via a conclave ...well there it is! A cure for the common ailment !
