[Bug?] Possible bug with summons level

So, I'm playing Procipinee, and leveling her as a summoner. I have a spell, Summon Lightbringer, which is supposed to be level 5, +1 per life shard. Now, I've got 3 life shards, and Procipinee at this point has two summoner traits, Summoner for +2 level to summoned critters and Summon I for another. By my count, that's a level 11 Lightbringer (5+3+3). But, the summoned Lightbringer is only level 8. What am I missing? Or is this just a bug?

It already calculated your +3 to get to the level 5 I think.

Hmm...on a similar note, if I take the +damage or +healing ones, does that get put into the spell descs as well?
