how to apply

Hello, I see lovely Sysmetrix and I don't have a clue 
how to apply them to my windowblind theme. Can someone please give me some instructions. I am new to this and don't know the first step. Thanks in advance!! 
Hi branquela.....my nic's uvah and I skin sysmetrix. First thing you do is go here...http://www.xymantix.com/sysmetrix/download
Download the latest version...3.45...you'll need that program to run sysmetrix. Once you unzip it double click on the icon and it will self install. When the image comes up on your screen right click on that and open the configuration window. On the right you'll see a list of all the pre-installed themes. Then go here and have fun. https://www.wincustomize.com/explore/sysmetrix
