Tab does nothing?

Tab just does nothing for me. I'm having to click the picture of the unit one by one to move them? Google tells me that tab does this but doesn't work for me? 

I's a different button for champs?

It only works if the unit does not already have move orders.

I think I get it now..

So we've kinda gone back in time where End Turn actually means 'execute all your move orders'. Instead of simply moving each troop or hitting 'do all moves' like in some other games.

 

Which isn't a bad thing and doesn't detract from the game. Just had to readjust.
