Frogboy said one of the good things about using Steamworks is that it will open up for using the workshop in the future. When that is was unclear.
Specifically what we want to see happen with Steam workshop is to let people upload scenarios, maps, items, etc. When/how that will be there are no promises. But that's what we want.
