Is deviantART down right now, or is it just my computer? I've been trying to get on all day and it's giving me a 404 error.

404 means its down. at least for a while. just go back at another time.

its a bandwidth issue
(Bandwidth costs money!!! $$$$ )

It means they serve up t!ts and a$$ to children who download pics en masse. One of the more wonderful features they are known for... Immature bantering on the message boards also comes to mind.

I love that thumbnail generator though, that is very cool.

it´s up again. there might be different reasons for downtime than bandwith issues as well
