Your question is a little vague, Lynx_1412. Have you installed the program for the theme you want to use? You'l have to provide more information.

Have you installed WinStyles? Themes work great on my Windows 2000 machine.

im a noobie when it comes to this, in order to apply the UnviverseMetal skin to my computer...how would i have to do that? do i have to download a certain program?
