I never notice new sticky posts, or changes to sticky posts. (They don't show up on the "all of FE relevant items board".)

and a bit further on the deorcynsse wildlands not clearing, started a new game in 1.3beta with my usul custom sov & race on wildlands map, when I had got to the location od deorcynsse it had been captured by magna, BUT the shroud wildland had not cleared

and over 100 turns later I wnet back to check, and STILL the wildlands had not cleared, and was still in the hands of magnar
