Poke, ran into an old bug while playing this custom build.

the usual "Cannot perform action in combat" bug that happens once in a while.

Right there, its markin's turn but the UI is not responding to me trying to attack any of the syndicate units.
to help you find it in the debug, I click the button that lets the AI give orders, and lord markin attacks and kills the syndicate mistress.

Funny thing happened to me while I was playing today. I sent my army to a relatively distant (couldn't get there in one turn) point on one side of a mountain range, then teleported them to the opposite side of the mountain using the Call of the Titans spell. Next turn, the army walked right across the mountain.

I know this won't matter in about a week with the release of 1.3, but...

In my current game (with 1.29frog), the AI is using ships...but I didn't purchase the map pack.

Hmm, no, the AI doesn't cheat, not at all....

Ok I have played 2 games now with out and crashing. I did find 2 issues noted in the pic. 1st is the area is cleared but the main monster is not dead yet and the AI biult a city on the river. 2nd is 2 towers are side by side still.

I have a theory about the map pack being shipped with frogs private build actually, since I have seen random roads, haven't tested it yet.

Hit another old bug (oh I love when the game wants to remind me of all the old annoyances), again I still run the frogbuild so it goes in here (and I DO hope Frog is actually reading this ).

Was designing a juggernaut, finished Designing my juggernaut and after that I tried to design a juggernaut using a different weapon (so I could have a little bit of everything available to me).
Thing is, with the new juggernaut I was locked down with 2 traits I could not remove!

I then tried to exit the design screen, exit city screen and clicked on my unit, and then reentered the design screen and the bug persisted! I didn't try to end turn as that was not the point...

I hate it when I am locked out of options like this... as you can imagine

PS. don't mind the picture's name I "forgot" to rename it when I opened my image in my screenshot folder to paste the screenshot
(I don't use the screenshots FE dumb to somewhere, and frankly wish I could turn that off, I go in manually and paste it in an image file... old habit )

Edit: Happened again after I restarted the game, am trying to design a few different juggernaut designs for the AI so they aren't all using the same weapon and same traits... Grr

Had a corrupted Savegame with 1.20

Remebered this thread

Downloaded 1.29

Savegame still corrupt

Was it supposed to fix corrupt saves or  to prevent that new saves will be corrupt aswell?

I belive all new saves will be good but past ones are not.

[Bug1] I'm not sure if this applies to just the 1.29toad version or the 1.2 version as well, but the Shield which is meant to add +1 defense each time your hero is attacked, doesn't work if you have Diamondskin, and even if you get hit normally, it only adds +1 blunt defense and no other defense, and ONLY the first time you are hit for damage.  I think the artifact is meant to add +1 to all types of physical defense each time the hero is hit (and resets after battle) - is this correct?

[Bug2] Again in 1.29toad and possibly 1.2 as well, when Death Ward activates all of the HP was returned in my battle against Waerloga (or whatever his name is ).  According to the description only half is meant to be returned.  Which is wrong, the % returned, or the text (because it has possibly been changed to refill all HP)?

I have confirmed that I have at least most of the contents of the map pack without purchasing (Ok I confirmed it some days ago, but PM'ed frog to give him time to remove his patch).
I CAN play anthy's, I do see ships, I do see random roads appearing in random maps, even though I don't have the map pack, happened after I installed this custom frogpatch.

I think frog made a mistake, and shipped all the map dlc content in his patcher...

My guess is DLC works similar to a mod, you download some extra content which is then installed in the game like a MOD.
But for the patcher, Frog might have included a lot of unnecessary files due to people having problems, leading to some excess map pack content being added.
I am guessing, and tried to PM frog, but he did not answer.

Is there any chance your build fixes the issue where using StationedUnitStatBonus can't have a calculated <value> tag??

Both Yastiama and the Kraxis city to the west of it seem to be too close, blocking the city location. You would probably need to destroy both to be able to build the city in Imperium.

do you have theshow tile yeilds option ON?, the trick to clear imperium is to take a settler to the time between the bees & metal and settle a town, and the 5 tile gap is the minimum distance , so I would also suggest moving the yastiama town a couple of squares to the right.

That depends on the map-size. Based on the mini-map, I guess he is playing on a large map, which means a minimum distance of 7 tiles.

Thanks everyone I think I get it now. I did the same thing last time I biult a city tooo close. When I biuld my city I still could not build it. The kraxis city is in the way tooo. Yes it is the large map.

ps I can get dragons in 1.2 no problem. The issue is with this ver of the game.

Fund another bug, but since I am still playing the frogbuild I am posting here.

The Magnar unit "Scourge" is wrongly costed, it costs a total of 49 production per unit, but when I design a unit myself with the exact same traits, weapons and assign it the "Slave" racial trait, it costs 24 production, as should the "Scourge" be costed!.

I figure you forgot to remove the 25 production cost, which is the difference between a slave unit, and a regular unit.
