How to get customer faction in game after creating them in the workshop using steam installed version

For some reason game keeps saving maps and custom factions in the My Games\FallenEnchantress\ folder and not under the steam folder it should be under i can get maps to work by copying them over to the steam fold called maps but there is no race folde under the steam installed folder and when i tried copying it over didnt do anything  stil dont see my customer made races

Your custom elements are supposed to be saved in the My Games\FallenEnchantress folders and don't belong in the Steam folder. For your new factions to appear ingame, you need to create a sovereign for each one (new game, create character, select your new faction and then design a sovereign).
