FE AI test updates

For those of you interested in seeing in progress AI updates I've been working on over the holiday you can try the latest build here:

Just unzip the EXE into your FE directory.

The biggest changes should be on larger maps. However, be on the look out for longer turn times since I've had the AI do more analysis to try to make it smarter.

frogboy, is the AI up to tadpole grade or is it still at waterflea?

I ask as I have been getting way beyond draginol in the end game ratings(often 25000+), 

and one other question are we going to get a highscore table at any time(really want this to improve the replayability and desire to replay)

That is a fair trade IMO.  It just gives me more time to fold laundry in between turns!  That'll make the wife happy for sure!

What's the status of the update in the OP currently? Does the issue with AI picking path of the assassin every time still exist? Can we get the latest test version uploaded?

 

Playing the game currently is just a tad hollow without these AI updates and I am more than happy with longer turn time for a better AI. Please give us the recent update so we can experience some of these changes now. Also, any ETA on the release of the 120 patch?
