Help no speed buttons in HUD

So uninstalled the game, reinstalled done everything I possibly can- but there are no speed buttons

I remember them being there last year, :| Anyone have any idea why they vanished?

press the plus and minus keys on your keyboard.  Those will give you the same result.

Nevermind! someone figured it out- somehow my diplomacy short cut was linking to the regular game :l changed the path and all is well now.

funnily enough that won't work on my keyboard. Is that the plus and minus on the numpad or on the number line?
