[CRASH] 1.1 Equipping weapon causes game to crash

Not sure exactly what triggers this, but I had it happen in several different situations - each time, it was equipping a new weapon on my heroes, and the game promptly crashed. I don't have the windows error log, but here's the save file in question, I had it happen three times, so it should be reproducable.

edit: Seems to be related to trade and equip or equip while swapping a weapon already equipped? I was able to equip a new weapon by using trade, unequip, equip without incident

There was an old bug, which I thought was fixed, that had to do with Trade and Equip to a character that wasn't allowed to equip the item in question.  In this case the fix was just disabling the button.

These were definitely equippable by the heroes in question, so I don't believe it was that. It seemed to stop happening not long after where that save was, so I'm not entirely sure what the precise trigger was...

  Just run into the same or similar problem ...

- when I find the item and click equip, game crashes

- when I go to equip screen an select a different item to equip, confirming the selection also crashes the game

Happened at least 10 times in a row (yes, I had that patience to try that many times), didn't found any apparent trigger to that problem

I had this problem also.  I believe that I was trying to equip some henchmen with Champions Boots.  Interestingly, after I played the game for awhile, without equiping them, I was able to equip them all successfully.  :|
