[balance] water shrill

they give the same experience as other types, and they are the easiest to defeat. with their slow.

They could use some boost, either in hitpoints, or in frozen bones to have this slow real significant

They don't have to be balanced, perhaps the water shrill is just the weakest of the four.

They give the same amount of experience as air shrill that you can't solo with a level one sovereign due to their statci blast and fire shrills with their embers.

Even earth shrill are more difficult if you happen to have pointy weapon sovereign/champion.

I am not that big of a proponent of "balance".  You could change their skill to Pandemonium and see what you get.

yeah, even chaos would be better than slow I think

which ever one of those only effects one unit.  I think that is Chaos.

Think of it like this... water is refreshing and provides "relief" which is exactly what I feel when I stumble upon a shrill lair that is full of water shrills not earth, air, or fire shrills.

Water in general makes a fairly poor showing compared with the other elements.  Both the Shrills and Elementals are weaker than all of their counterparts.  Fire got the most love, which is disappointing considering that fire is already well-represented among AI monster spells.

The Earth Shrills don't have a ranged spell, though, do they? In the earliest stages of the game, I divide all monsters into 2 groups: those that have ranged attacks and those without. No ranged attack = easy prey. Ranged attack = hold off for now.

they don't but they have decent attack and defense. if you don't have blunt they are worth their experience. other shrills are weaker in terms of direct damage and hitpoints
