Heroic trait costing 0

I was creating a custom race for the first time in 1.1 and saw that Heroic trait now costs 0.

Only mod I have is Stormworld (t).

Is this correct? Use to be 2 cost.

It is suppose to be 2, there's a beta patch that fixed this in the support section along with some save game problems.
