[Stamp Issue] Bindi Fissure Wildland, also Abelix Balance

If you are playing the spiffy new Wildlands map and you capture the Fissure, some of the land becomes buildable (as always with a Wildland).  However the positioning of these spots is pretty crappy!  If you build next to the spiffy Earth monument, then BOTH of the other buildable areas become unusable due to the no-cities-within-7-squares rule.  The only real efficient way to go about it is to build on the east and west spots, leaving the monument with just an outpost.

This is wrong!  A monument to the fall of Abelix should have a city and a shrine dedicated to it, not just a crummy outpost!

Please change the positioning of the east and west spots so that when you have a city on the monument the side spots are usable as well.

As a bonus note this encounter is still very non-epic.  I went in with some heavy cav and my sovereign.  Abelix spit out some venom and then just sat there for 12 turns (venomed someone else on turn 10 I believe) while I cast Storm six times and killed him.  What about giving him some much more fierce ranged attacks to prevent this?

... or you could just built the 1 city? Wouldn't that make it all the more special?

Possibly.  But the stamp yielded three sites with 4-2-2 spots and I needed expansion areas desperately.  All they need to do is move the east and west slots one square and life would be fine.  Other wildlands I have captured typically yield three buildable sites, this one does not.
