[1.02]Bug:Multiple Slave Armies Defend City and Remain After City Falls

I conquered a Magnar city that showed it had three armies (not units) defending it. I defeated the first army, took the city, but shared it with the remaining slave armies. I couldn't attack or move the slave armies--only talk to them.

I had a similar event where i defeated a full 9-slot army in a city + militia units and shared my nice new city with an immobilized Verga and another hero:

I have had a conversation with a ghost unit form Kraxis.  I could even initiate diplomacy and trading with the dead karavox (though I was afraid to, because I did not know what the consequences would be).

The only thing The Great and Terrible Lich-King of Kraxis would trade for is your soul!  }:)

I had a similar thing happen in 1.1. I defeated a faction by taking their last city and somehow after that they finished construction of a unit which appeared next to my new city.

I could initiate diplomacy and funnily enough, the enemy would have agreed to become my vassal (whatever the exact term was). I didn't dare to try, afraid of wrecking the game.
