[1.02] Air Elementals, Shrills very squishy

I think they could do with some sort of defensive trait, like maybe a better Dodge bonus.  When compared to Earth Elementals or Shrills they are quite easy to deal with, just a few groups of archers on the back row can do the job, melee troops run all that way for nothing.

on the other hand, before you get archers their static blast makes them really annoying.

Fuck air shrills.  Their blast terrifies me in early games when my sov is all alone.  They concentrate their blast on one guy, and they can fuck shit up, that's 20-30 hp gone turn one.  I am way more afraid of air shrills than I am of earth or water.  Fire are dicks too though.

Air shrills are meant to be rollovers.  Not all shrills and elementals are equal.  So what?  We don't need everything being the same.
