[Bug] Can't cast tremor on a mountainside or mountain tile

An air elemental and his air shrills are wandering into my territory.  I tried to cast tremor to hold them in place until I could reinforce my nearest city and a message popped up saying "Needs to be cast on a vacant (empty?) tile."  Initially on a mountain, then next turn with the monsters on a mountainside I got the same message.

Seems like flying units should be immune to tremor, eh?

I totally agree, but the shrills were part of the army, too.  And if that were the case, the army could be split and the air elemental could have moved forward alone, and that would be a cool consequence of the spell as well...  

I just wish they had established all of the movement parameters of the units prior to building the game.  I am pretty sure flying was introduced after FE was in beta for a while and a lot of potentially great units (griffins, giant eagles, scouting falcons, etc.)  were never created.  They also jiggered with mountain and mountainside tiles during the betas as well.

Thats an interesting thought - introduce spells that do and don't do effec ts on flying units.

 

as well as special behaviours that these units do...
