When loading a saved game the seaonal income is added again. If you have meditation on a city it also adds mana. Wages are not deducted. Unit mana income is not incremented.
To reproduce start a game, set taxes to non-zero, save and note treasury. (Optional cast meditation to see the mana increase, note mana pile.) Load save and note new treasury (and mana pile).
Not sure if it effects other things but these I have noticed.
