Quite immersion breaking.
Yeah. I know that clipping is not always avoidable but you know, if you know that the unit is wearing a skirt you can use a different weapon-wielding idle animation, thus avoiding this particular bit of clipping. 
Actually my finger was not quick enough to get the really good screenshot. It seemed like Procipinee was determined to make a real woman of herself, if you know what I mean. 
Procipinee usually becomes a mage in my games so she is not allowed to handle a sword. Apparently that is a good thing.
