[1.02] Suggestion: Reputation traits

If I play a particular sovereign as a city-razing warmonger, I want the AI to remember that.  That's not to say that they should necessarily award me a dipolhit for being a very bad person, because for all the AI knows, I could have had a very good reason for employing that strategy.  However, it would be good for the AI to be wise to my ways - that when they push me around, I will burn their cities to the ground and demand their surrender.

And if possible, when the AI plays using that sovereign, they should employ similar tactics and a personality which supports it.  You could say that I was a bit of an isolationist, content to build up my empire in peace and focusing on creating a contiguous blob instead of having little cities all over the place, but not happy when my borders touched another empire.  I was aggressive because I focused on the military technologies and training military units, and a warmonger because I pursued the war even though I could have signed a peace treaty and walked away with a nice sum of gildar long before the war ended.

I think thats a cool idea, on the flip side I want to have the ai award points for how I treat their captured citizens, for example I only build slave pens, and death altars on cities of the ai that declared war on me, so this should inccur some type of penalty for "mistreating" their citizens, on the flip side if I treat them "fairly" by not "enslaving" or sacrificing them that too would be noticed.
