[1.01 Logic] Freeze etc.

So I have a small army of Mire Skaths lurking outside one of my towns.  Freeze them in place, all is well.  Two turns go by while I am moving some defenders closer, and I go to Freeze them again.  However I cannot, as the system says they are already frozen.  So I end the turn, and instantly as the next turn begins they attack my small city and burn it to the ground.

Suggestion:  Allow us to cast Freeze on a frozen unit, keeping them them locked down as long as we can deal with the cooldowns.  No pun intended it just came that way.

Well, all you need to do is make the freeze debuff expire on the last turn they cant move in, rather than the start of the turn after.

i've said it before but i feel like repeating it, freeze and tremor are grossly overpowered spells. being able to indefinitely hold an army in place for such a meagre manacost isn't reasonable at all, imo. It allows you to completely ignore defending your cities, and to be able to just stop an enemy for as long as you need to call in reinforcements, thus removing a lot of planning from empire defense. It would be fairer if it was at least affected by magic resistance, so an army with a strong hero would have a decent chance of resisting it

i always thought it was pretty reasonable that a frozen army can't be frozen again for a while after, and is allowed to move at least a little. it's just a shame that it doesn't apply to tremor, too. imo, any frozen/tremored target should become immune to immobilisation for at least a turn, after anytime it happens. It would still make these spells useful for slowing and delaying an enemy, but would place a reasonable limitaiton on it too.

Hmm make sense to put a form of resistance/prevention onto it. If you get attacked by multiple armies, then freeze becomes slightly less powerful. So I don't really mind Freeze/Tremor as is. Maybe when the AI changes come around freeze might not feel so over-powered.

I've never understood why there is no resistance againts strategic spells
