Both still say they only last for two turns?

And they do? They were fixed in 1.01.

Ah... I think that's a background fix. Basically in the XML they had duration = 2 before, but then they only lasted 1 turn and they were supposed to last 2. People noticed, so Derek Paxton likely increased it so duration = 3 so it actually lasts 2 turns.

I'll leave judgement on the matter to Derek Paxton, obviously.

Yeah, it counts duration by your turns not the enemies, so it used to only last one enemy turn and 2 of yours, now it should last 3 of yours and 2 of the enemies.

The desc should say: "Target enemy is immobilized and loses all Dodge for 3 seasons (including current season). Can only be cast within your territory."

Are you seeing something else?
