Major Changes:
Spellbooks are only available during the Sovereign creation. For example the first air book unlocks Aura of Grace, Evade, Guardian Wind, Haste, Propaganda and Tutelage. The second air book unlocks Celerity, Cloud Walk, Recall, Storm, Thunderstrike, Titans Breath and Tornado.
Choosing the right profession, powerful talents and a weakness is more challenging. For example the General profession increases the armies xp by 30 % and reduces the unit wages by 50 %. The Scholar profession increases the research by 20 % and the mana per season by 2. The Hunter talent increases the piercing attack by 25 % and the Sovereign can take control of enemy beasts. The Quick talent increases the movement by 1.
Heroes follow the path of the Elemental Savant (-25% tactical mana cost and has the ability to counter enemy spells), the Invisible Blade (+15% critical chance and has the ability to take control of bandits) or the War Chanter (+10 weight capacity and has the ability to take control of trained units).
Every path has unique traits. For example the Attunement (Air) trait increases the power of all air spells. The Precision trait increases the accuracy by 15.
Many spells, weapons, armors, mounts and cities have been changed. For example Haste increases the initiative by 5 for 3 turns. Crude Catapults, Standard Catapults and Ironwood Catapults defend the cities.

Make a backup of the following files in your Fallen Enchantress/data/English folder:
CoreAbilities, CoreArmor, CoreItems, CoreMounts, CoreSpells, CoreUnits, CoreWeapons and ElementalDefs
Make a backup of the following file in your Fallen Enchantress/data/English/Core Improvements folder:
CoreImprovements
Replace the following files in your Fallen Enchantress/data/English folder:
CoreAbilities, CoreArmor, CoreItems, CoreMounts, CoreSpells, CoreUnits, CoreWeapons and ElementalDefs
Replace the following file in your Fallen Enchantress/data/English/Core Improvements folder:
CoreImprovements
Enable Use Mods in the options
