How do you add spells to a spell book?

How do you add spells to a spellbook in FE? Looked for a Core SpellBooks.XML but did not see one.

Spells are in the CoreSpell.xml file. Which spellbook they belong to is determined by prerequisites. See the file for examples.

I found that my problem was in the AutoUnlock line. Added this and the spell appeared.
