Is there a fix
Stardock will be closed for the week starting on Monday, June 29th and we will be returning on Monday, July 6th. We will be monitoring support tickets and forums during this time but expect delays in responses during this time.

Try running the exe as admin.
I am and I was logged in as Aministrator

Also ran troubleshooting on 2nd Laptop and got this
Multiplicity Winlogon DLL is not running
Is there a version 2.0 Pro? I'm using 1.6 pro
There is no 1.6. Only 1.26.
And there is only one version of 2.x, no free or Pro anymore an you have 2.x on your account.
You can access your registrations and download links by logging in with your Stardock account at https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products or installing through Stardock Central (currently in beta but available at https://www.stardock.com/products/stardockcentral/ ).
