[1.00 BUG?] Did Blind get nerfed? It doesn't seem to be working at all

It's working fine for me.  I use it, and the enemies miss me most of the time, just like they're supposed to.

I am pretty sure it's working.  I have not used it today, but I must have played half a dozen games in 1.00 with it, and I am sure it was working.

I think you guys should take another look.  I used Blind all the time during Beta.  It might have even been overpowered, but I was trying to keep that a secret from Derek.  Now in 1.00, it seems to have very little effect.  Everything I turn blind, still hits me 90% of the time.

So the spell is working in the sense that spell casts..  Just keep an eye on how well blinded units can hit you.. hmm 

I blind the shit out of things all the time.  Doesn't work against Capitar much though, they have lucky now and a racial bonus to accuracy, those dicks. Derek did boost starting accuracy, but nerfed level gain accuracy.
