I keep reading about some mysterious master scouts in here. How do you get those?!
And no, I'm no beta tester, so I'm pretty much new to the game.
Play Tarth or make a custom faction with master scouts and stealth.
Master scouts is a faction ability which gives no movement costs from terrain to the factions units. It also used to include the stealth ability which stopped the monsters from attacking the fractions units.

Keep in mind, that Stealth only protects your troops from regular monsters, not those from Wildlands.
